Lester & Dynamiks (India) (L&D) was established over 35 years ago as a manufacturing venture specializing in Process Equipment at Vasai, Maharashtra. With continuous growth, increasing customer confidence, and expanding market demand, the company established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility under the name Dynamik Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (DEPL) at Palghar in 2015 to enhance its production capabilities and serve diverse industrial sectors.
Strategically located on a prime 2-acre industrial campus in Palghar (West), the facility comprises approximately 35,000 sq. ft. of covered manufacturing area along with 50,000 sq. ft. of open space reserved for future expansion, enabling the company to efficiently meet growing customer requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and engineering excellence.

Mr. Ajay Shah established the business at Jogeshwari and has more than 35 years of rich experience in Process Equipment Manufacturing. His extensive understanding of customer requirements and critical industrial processes has been the foundation of the company's steady growth.
A second-generation entrepreneur and B.E. Mechanical graduate, Mr. Nimit Shah joined the business in 2010 and played a key role in developing the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Palghar. His philosophy, "Customer is King", continues to inspire the organization.
